We're looking for a skilled and motivated Licensed Commercial Plumber (P-1 or P-2) to join our team on high-profile commercial projects in Middlefield, CT and across central and southeast Connecticut. What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems in schools, medical facilities, labs, office buildings, and other commercial environments.
- Install restroom groups including water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, flush valves, carriers, and related trim.
- Install domestic water distribution systems (copper, PEX, CPVC), sanitary waste and vent systems (PVC, cast iron), and storm drainage systems.
- Set and connect plumbing fixtures and equipment in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Perform underground rough-in work, above-ceiling rough, and finish trim-out.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing isometrics, and specifications.
- Make sure all work complies with Connecticut plumbing code and OSHA safety requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, other trades, and inspectors to maintain jobsite efficiency.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas.

What We're Looking For
- Valid Connecticut P-1 or P-2 plumbing license required.
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong installation skills with commercial restrooms, fixture installation, water distribution, waste and vent systems.
- Ability to interpret commercial plumbing drawings and layouts.
- Understanding of Connecticut plumbing code requirements.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working on construction sites and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
