LABORATORIES

Mechanical contractor for Connecticut laboratories.

Research, analytical, and pharmaceutical labs that need mechanical work which stays inside spec instead of drifting out of it.

Lab mechanical work has its own vocabulary. Fume hoods, snorkels, canopy hoods, lab gases, DI water, acid waste, and 100 percent outside air. We've spent years installing and maintaining systems for lab clients across CT, and our crews don't need to be walked through the basics.

We coordinate with lab planners, EH&S, and the PI when we have to, so the install doesn't interrupt active research.

100 percent OA air handlers

Single-pass air with high-efficiency filtration and energy recovery where it pencils.

Fume hood exhaust

Stainless duct, high-plume exhaust fans, and stack design for proper dispersion.

Lab and specialty gases

Distribution, regulators, panels, and certified installation.

DI water and acid waste

PVDF and polypro high-purity loops, plus dilution systems.

Equipment hookups

Bench-top, fume hood, and instrument utility connections coordinated with the lab planner.

Critical-environment service

PM and scheduled service during business hours that keeps the lab inside spec between certifications.

Bring us in early.

The earlier we're on a project, the more we can value-engineer, prefabricate, and de-risk the install. Let's talk specs, timeline, and budget.
