Most of what goes in our trucks comes out of our shop. We fabricate ductwork, breeching, stacks, weldments, transitions, and custom components in galvanized, stainless, aluminum, black iron, and specialty alloys. Sized, sealed, and labeled to match BIM and the field plan.
Self-performing fabrication is what lets us hold tight schedules and respond to field changes without waiting on a third party.
Built to SMACNA standards for low, medium, and high-pressure systems.
Welded stainless, aluminum, and exotic metal duct for labs and process.
Custom transitions, plenums, and fittings, fully welded to ASME where required.
Boiler breeching, exhaust stacks, and chimney connectors per NFPA 211.
Lab fume hood exhaust ducting and high-purity systems, tested and balanced by our TAB partners.
We model and shop-draw to field-verify before any metal gets cut.
