We're looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Plumbing Foreman (P-1 or P-2 Licensed) to lead field operations on high-profile projects in Middlefield, CT and across central and southeast Connecticut. What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of commercial plumbers on installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
- Oversee the installation of plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage, gas piping, and fixtures.
- Make sure project deadlines, budgets, and safety standards are met while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to plan and execute projects accurately.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to make sure smooth workflow and jobsite efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues while providing expert guidance to the crew.
- Conduct site inspections to make sure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen to develop their skills and uphold company standards.

What We're Looking For
- Valid Connecticut P-1 or P-2 plumbing license required.
- At least 8 to 10 years in commercial plumbing, with foreman or supervisory experience.
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Expertise in pipefitting, plumbing installations, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients effectively.
- Comfortable working on construction sites, lifting heavy materials, and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
